New cooling plant serving existing office building “Inex” in Belgrade, Serbia. Cooling plant comprises three water cooled chillers with total cooling capacity of 4.4 MW. The entire cooling substation is designed in 3D BIM software allowing for high level of coordination and accurate specifications.
