Ebury Bridge Road is a 44-suite care home for the elderly, providing the highest quality of care for elderly people with dementia. The site, formerly used as a petrol station, is adjacent to the Chelsea Barracks development.
The scheme is a fully electric using air source heat pumps to provide 100% of the space heating and domestic hot water demand with photovoltaics at roof level.
