Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the future of design for quality buildings. It allows for an unpresented ability to address issues, avoids abortive work and delays during the design process as well prevents clashes, conflicts and rework during construction.

We are fully versed in BIM with expertise honed over multiple projects. We offer full BIM-only design and this is our preferred route for project work in order to improve co-ordination and design team integration.

The third dimension also allows the design team and the client to enjoy a high-level of visibility and enables rapid comprehension during the design development process.

Our BIM software enables us to identify and resolve any conflicts in design to be eliminated prior to construction commencing. Our software also allows us to provide further added value to contractors and quantity surveyors by generating equipment and material schedules and costs.
