Our Energy Assessments set out the strategy and demonstrate, via the approved calculation methodologies, how these will be achieved through detailed design and construction. Our approach focuses on identifying cost-sensitive and practical solutions that enable the sustainability goals of the project to be fulfilled.
It is our philosophy that sustainability and environmental design cannot be considered independently to the design of building services systems. The integration of appropriate passive measures, active systems and renewable and low energy technologies are inherent in the successful design and delivery of sustainable buildings.
